Important Notice:

Participation in scuba diving activities offered by Sea Serenity Diving Center involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen environmental hazards. By enrolling in any diving activities, courses, or excursions, you acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily.

Refund Policy - the basics

Booking & Payment

A deposit (or full payment) is required to confirm your booking.
Payment can be made via [ cash, credit card, PayPal, etc.].

Cancellation by the Customer

More than 3 days before the activity: Full refund or free rescheduling.
1 day before the activity: 50% refund or free rescheduling.
Less than 24hours before the activity: No refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund.

Important:
We invest time and resources to prepare for each individual session. Last-minute cancellations affect our ability to serve other guests.

Cancellation by Sea Serenity

If Sea Serenity must cancel due to weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
- A full refund or
- The option to reschedule your session.

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Special Considerations

Medical cancellations: If you present a valid doctor’s note prohibiting you from diving, we may offer rescheduling or partial refund at our discretion.
Training courses:
- Deposits for PADI courses (eLearning, materials, registration fees) are non-refundable once issued.
- Course rescheduling is allowed with advance notice.
